Chigong and Taichi Classes and Workshops

Taichi is a form of movement and exercise which is widely used in China and the Far East, to help keep the mind and spirit, calm and relaxed and the body free from pains and aches.

Chigong involves the utilization of breath with certain movements to facilitate the movement of energy throughout the body. Deep relaxation and healing can take place when the body simply learns to let go of its tension and stress. Simple Taoist Meditation techniques are introduced.

Kate has had a practice of Taichi and been teaching Taichi, and different meditation styles, for over 15 years.
