Often the leaf flower or root of a plant will mimic the associated part of the body needing repair. eg. Coltsfoot used to treat bronchial problems, has on the undersurface of each leaf divisions of the leaf which shape like the bronchii, and the alveoli or air sacs of the lungs.

Kate  trained in Brigits Academy of Celtic herbalism in Mullingar, linking strongly with her celtic roots.  She grows her herbs in her garden and harvests also from the surrounding countryside in Wicklow. She also uses the ancient system of Traditional Chinese Medicine in integrating her work using Chinese Patent herbal formulas as necessary.
